Charles Senskey, age 97, passed away Monday, June 29, 2015 at his residence in Jefferson.  He was born March 23, 1918 in Georgetown, IL, the son of Charles & Isabell Senskey.

He married Margaret G. Vesey on November 13, 1942 in Dorset Twp.  Mr. Senskey served with the U. S. Army Air Corp in World War II.  He was employed as a machinist at Union Carbide, retiring in 1965, following 22 years of service.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret, a son, Gary (Judy) Senskey of Ashtabula, two grandsons, Mark Senskey of Mooresville, NC & Greg (Stacy) Senskey of Roaming Shores and four great-grandchildren, Cassidy & Cristy Senskey of Pittsburg, PA and Aaron & Bianca Senskey of Greensboro, NC.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a beloved grandson, Scot Senskey, a brother, Victor Senskey and six sisters, Lucy (Philip) Zuris, Julia (Donald) Galliazzo, Stella (Hershel) Leonard, Grace (Donald) Childs, Ann (Robert) Havens & Isabelle (Hoagi) Stein.

Mr. Senskey’s request was no calling hours or services.  Private graveside services will be held in Maple Grove Cemetery in Plymouth Twp. at the convenience of the family.  The Jefferson Home of Fleming & Billman Funeral Directors and Crematory, 49 W.
