Dale Sandra Ball, age 77, Linda Ln., Jefferson, died early Tuesday morning in the emergency room at the Ashtabula Co. Medical Center.

She was born July 19, 1939 in Lawrenceville, VA, the daughter of Robert M. & Dorothy E. (Wilson) Moser.  Dale was married to Gordon L. Ball on August 27, 1958 in Reno, NV.  Dale resided in the Jefferson area from 1975-1995, during which time she worked at the Ashtabula Co. Dept. of Human Services. In 1995 Dale & Gordon relocated to Newport News, VA to assist with Brian Ball Ministries.  In 2000 they then relocated to Anadarko, OK to help establish Oakridge Ministries.  Dale & Gordon returned to Jefferson in 2013.

Dale was a member of the Lenox Christian Fellowship Church where she sang in the choir, taught Sunday school, was coordinator of the Pioneer Club, assisted with the Women’s Ministry and volunteered in many other capacities. She was also involved with the Right to Life Society and the Lenox Historical Society.

Survivors include her husband, Gordon, three children, Bruce R. Ball of Jefferson, the Rev. Brian D. (Beth) Ball of Anadarko, OK & Vicki L. (Mark) Miller of Lynchburg, VA, nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, a sister, Roberta M. (Paul) Eddy of Niles, MI and brothers, Ronald L. (Nita) Moser of Beatty, NV and Christopher T. (Carrie) Moser of Atwater.

Her parents and a brother, Keith L. Moser preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 A. M. at the Lenox Christian Fellowship Church, 2610 Lenox-New Lyme Rd., Jefferson with the Rev. Brian Ball and Pastor Rick Havens officiating.  Burial will be in Lenox Center Cemetery.

Calling hours will be held Friday from 5-7 P. M. at the Jefferson Home of Fleming & Billman Funeral Directors and Crematory, 49 W.
