Doris D. Bowers, age 59 of W. 41st, St., Ashtabula died Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at the Cleveland Clinic. She was born on March 19, 1958 in Ashtabula, the daughter of Roger & Doris (Corey) Bowers.
She has been a lifelong resident of Ashtabula County. She enjoyed knitting, working word puzzles and collecting stuffed animals.
She is survived by her loving boyfriend of 28 years, Sanda M. Candela of Ashtabula; a son, William A. Young; a daughter, Jennifer M. Young; two sisters, Wilma J. Bowers of Ashtabula, Kathy M. (Joe) Crumbrine of Ashtabula; two grandchildren, Johnny & Xavier.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
