Mary I Fronce, 55 of Ashtabula died Friday unexpectly at her home following a recent illness. She was born December 25, 1961 in Ashtabula the daughter of George J. and Margaret (Mead) Fronce and has been a lifetime area resident.

She was a 1980 graduate of Edgewood High School where she was an active band member and played both the flute and bassoon. She had been employed as a pharmacy tech with Winn’s Pharmacy and the Medicine Shop.

She also enjoyed listening to a variety of music as well as making music with her flute and bassoon. She loved driving her car “Black Beauty”, socializing and she loved animals especially her beloved cat “Willow”.

Surviving her is her daughter, Alyssa Stacy of Ashtabula; a sister, Helen V. Fronce of Ashtabula, cousins, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral service will be Wednesday (May 24th)  at 11:00 AM at the Ashtabula Home of Fleming & Billman Funeral Directors and Crematory, 526 W. Prospect Rd. Ashtabula with Rev. Dr. C. Thomas Jackson of the Christ Episcopal Church officiating. Burial will be in Edgewood Cemetery.
