Helen V. DeGeorge, 96 of Geneva died Friday (June 26th) at the UH Geneva Medical Center in Geneva, Ohio. She was born January 1, 1924 in Geneva, Ohio the daughter of Elmer and Veda (Squires) Schroeder.
She had attended the People’s Church in Geneva. She enjoyed golfing, traveling, quilting, sewing, cooking and baking.
Surviving her is a son Jack Muzzio of Chardon, Ohio a daughter, Debra (Jim) Fowler of Seffner, Florida; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; and a brother, Herman Schroeder of Nashville TN. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Frank DeGeorge; her daughter, Sharon Herron; two step-daughters, Elaine Vandervort and Eilene Maltby and two brothers, Charles Schroeder and Robert Schroeder.
Graveside services will be held for her at a later date in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
