Susan E. (Fetch) Elliott

Susan E. (Fetch) Elliott, 77, passed away peacefully on September 1st 2020 after a short battle with cancer.  

She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on April 27, 1943 the only child of Wes & Mary Frances Fetch, who have both preceded her in death.  

Sue grew up in Jefferson, Ohio, after graduating from Jefferson Area High School in 1961.  She enjoyed a lifelong career as a legal secretary working for Attorneys John Mahoney and Christopher Altier.  Sue married Roy Elliott and moved to Plymouth where she resided with her family.  She was an avid gardener and enjoyed spending her time outdoors in her flower gardens.  She was a lifetime member of the Dusty Boots Riding Club and VFW Post #943.  She was a 4-H advisor and Girl Scout Troop Leader.  

Sue is survived by her daughter Mary (Jesse) Spangler, granddaughter Ally Jewell, and step grandsons, Remington Meyers and Brently Spangler.  There will be no calling hours observed.  Graveside services will be held at Hickock Cemetery on Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 .  Memorial contributions can be made to the family for disbursement to her favorite charities and organizations .  A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.  The Fleming & Billman Funeral Directors and Crematory and staff is privilaged to serve the Susan Elliott family.
